We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Certain items (such as replacement styli and accessories marked as final sale) are non-returnable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Warranty

Arkrocket products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and coverage details vary by product and are described in the documentation included with your purchase or on the applicable product page.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts such as styli/needles
